In this session of the CREATE Digital History Workshop we will practice working with Gephi, the popular software for Network Analysis.

The session will be led by Anne Helmond, Assistant Professor and Program Director of the MA New Media & Digital Culture at the University of Amsterdam. Helmond will guide us through the basic functionalities of the Network Analysis software, and she will discuss different use case scenarios, based on examples from her current and past research into the historical development of the Dutch blogosphere and tracker networks.

You can register for the workshop by sending an email to Hanna Jansen h.e.jansen@uva.nl. Reading materials will be provided upon registration. More information can be found here.
