During the next CREATE Salon we will explore the use of digital tools and data in Art History. Rachel Esner (University of Amsterdam) will discuss her work on a database of exhibitions in Dutch art museums. Menno den Engelse (Islands of meaning) will present a dataset of exhibitions in the 19th century Amsterdam venue Paleis voor Volksvlijt. Matthia Sabatelli (University of Liège) will talk about his participation in the Insight project that uses AI techniques to enrich museum catalogue data.
